Our Story

We are Seth and Becca Mothershead. We are high school sweethearts who tied the knot in 2015 and are blessed with three beautiful children. Seth is the Farmer behind MD Farms, and Becca is a nurse. We love the Lord, and both feel called into our professions.

Seth has had a passion for agriculture since high school. He earned his bachelor's degree in Wildlife and Fishery Sciences, with a minor in Agronomy, from Tennessee Technological University in 2014. Over the years, he has explored various farming roles, but vegetable farming has captured his heart.  Since 2020, Seth has been growing and selling vegetables at farmers' markets and through wholesale channels. In 2025, we decided to expand our offering to the community to include a CSA program. Our goal is to provide healthy nourishing food for our family and our community, from a fresh and local source.
